About the Team

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our FP&A team, reporting directly to the Head of FP&A. In this role, you will be a vital contributor to strategic planning and a valued financial business partner, providing financial modeling and metrics expertise to support Mural’s growth.

Your Mission

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll deliver actionable financial insights that inform key business decisions. You will analyze financial data, create forecasts, and develop models to support strategic initiatives. Your mission is to lay the financial groundwork for Mural’s continued growth and market leadership while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct financial analysis and modeling to inform strategic decisions and resource allocation.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities for revenue growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and G&A teams to provide financial guidance in the planning and execution of company-wide strategies.
• Prepare insightful financial presentations and reports to communicate performance trends and actionable recommendations to senior management.
• Optimize financial processes and systems for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.

What You’ll Bring

• 3+ years of relevant financial analysis experience, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively and communicate insights across teams and organizational levels.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and impactful manner.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills, capable of translating complex data into actionable insights.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, Google Suite, or other financial and data visualization tools.

Compensation

For roles based in New York City, California, Colorado, and Washington, the base salary for this position ranges from $85,000 to $115,000, plus benefits. Compensation will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, and job-related knowledge. Some roles may also be eligible for variable compensation.
