Key Responsibilities

• Lead clients through transformational change by designing and executing data and analytics strategies.
• Collaborate with customer leaders to address business challenges and create a vision for the future state.
• Contribute to the growth of our Data and Analytics Consulting practice through exceptional service delivery and business development support.
• Collaborate with client teams and Point B consultants to plan and implement data and analytics initiatives.
• Grow as a leader under the mentorship of senior Point B consultants.

Qualifications

Required:

• 7-10 years of experience leading or participating in data and analytics projects within a quantitative, data-driven environment.
• Proven ability to convert raw data into actionable business insights.
• Experience in developing and implementing data and analytics solutions.
• Proficiency in quantitative analysis, visualization, and modeling with tools like Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, ThoughtSpot, and Excel.
• Ability to clean, transform, and model data to derive clear conclusions for decision-making (experience with SQL, R, Python preferred).
• Experience working directly with customers to lead high-priority initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics).
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Preferred:

• Experience in data warehouse and platform design and implementation.
• Knowledge of cloud data platforms, including Azure (Microsoft Fabric and Synapse Analytics), Databricks, Snowflake, and the broader data platform ecosystem.
• Advanced skills in Power BI, particularly in data modeling (Power Query and DAX).
• Experience in designing and deploying large-scale solutions within the Power BI Premium service.
• Domain expertise in Finance, Sales and Marketing, Operations, or Supply Chain.
• Familiarity with key data sources such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, and Adobe.
• Technical certifications in the Microsoft ecosystem (e.g., Azure Solution Architect, Azure Data Engineer, Azure Data Scientist, Azure Fabric Analytics Engineer).
• Certified Power BI Data Analyst.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is $134,500 – $191,000 USD per year, based on factors such as geography, skills, education, and experience. Bonuses are discretionary and based on individual contributions and firm performance.
