Data Analyst – United States – Remote

Company Overview: WebstaurantStore.com, a leader in eCommerce for food service professionals globally and a Clark Associates company, is seeking an energetic and analytical Data Analyst to join our Operations Support Services team. This full-time remote position is ideal for a self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for excellence.

Position Summary: As a Data Analyst within the Operations Support Services team, you will play a crucial role in delivering data-driven insights to support our distribution center network. Your responsibilities will include data collection, transformation, visualization, analysis, and research related to our distribution center operations. You will need strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail to distill complex information into clear messages.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Transform datasets into meaningful analytical insights.
• Gather, summarize, and verify data for reports and deliverables.
• Test and evaluate reports and analyses for the distribution center network.
• Create DAX formulas and Power Query transformations for calculations and data processing.
• Monitor data integrity for all deliverables.
• Read, write, and interpret various queries to support daily tasks.
• Collaborate with teams across the company to achieve common goals.
• Manage high-volume data from various sources with strong analytical skills.
• Maintain and monitor information systems to ensure quality and service.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Complete additional duties and ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Education or experience in supply chain management is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, and Power Query is required.
• Working knowledge of databases, particularly SQL, is essential.
• Competency in the data analysis process.
