What You’ll Do

• Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, charts, and reports that deliver real-time insights for various business units.
• User-Centric Visualizations: Ensure that visualizations are user-friendly and tailored to the specific needs of diverse audiences, including customer success, sales, marketing, and external clients.
• Analytics Product Leadership: Lead the development of a scalable portfolio insight analytics product that serves both internal and external stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making based on performance metrics.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to integrate the analytics product into existing systems and workflows.
• Performance Monitoring: Collaborate with the data science team to assess the performance and impact of deployed ML models in production.
• Liaison Role: Act as a bridge between technical teams (data engineering, data science) and business units to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables.

Who We’re Looking For

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on dashboard development and statistical analysis.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical software (e.g., Python), with experience in SQL and working with large datasets.
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
