Your Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong foundation in relational database concepts and experience in data visualization. The ideal candidate will excel in transforming data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making through advanced analysis and visualization techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports using Tableau to support business operations and decision-making.
• Design and implement data models and queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets from various systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insightful, data-driven solutions.
• Monitor data quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency across multiple data sources.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders clearly and concisely.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or 3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data management, or related analytical roles, preferably in the software industry.
• Proven experience with relational databases and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Quicksight).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
• The successful candidate will need to clear a background check and drug test due to client contractual obligations.
